Online Marketing and Communications for Small Businesses

I have been helping small businesses with their online marketing and print communications since 2007. I also work as a freelancer for marketing agencies, often serving as a project manager, designer and strategist. You can read my bio for more of my background.

Online Marketing and Other Communications

In addition to a website, businesses need other tools to point potential customers to their products or services.

  • Email and print newsletters help you stay in touch on a regular basis and are a great way of sending coupons, or helpful tips, and building an on-going relationship with your customers.
  • Postcards and brochures are necessary for mailings, leaving something behind at meetings, or keeping at your front desk for walk-in clients.
  • Social networking is the latest buzz-word in marketing because it really is a great way to connect to new people who will be especially interested in your service or product. (As a bonus, it can also help you stay in touch with your family and friends at the same time.)

I can help you create a strategic plan for your communications, whether you network with people in person or online, mail flyers to a large mailing list, or meet your clients in the office.

Project Management for Agencies

I also freelance as a project manager for marketing agencies, managing large website development projects, helping with strategic planning, and even doing some design work. I make sure that all the little details are taken care of (and there are many!), and I coordinate the communications, design, and technical aspects of the website project.
